Bell Design & Landscape offers a Simplified Design service for clients that are interested in a quicker, more affordable design process. This is not an appropriate process for a property-wide or complex design project.

Initial consultation and site walkthrough is $135, which will be credited towards the design fee.

Typical design fees for a residential project range from $450 - $950, depending on the scope of the project.

Typical project installation budgets range from $3k - $15k+.

Simplified Design Deliverables:

• Planting plan with plant list - A simple planting plan to scale, depicting plant species and locations in the context of the existing site.

• Installation estimate - A detailed estimate outlining the scope and bid for the project.
